RHS Garden Bridgewater is located in Worsley, Salford, a stone’s throw away from Manchester. Daily departures from Manchester Victoria and Piccadilly train stations direct to the garden in 25 minutes.
This beautiful garden blends heritage landscapes with an eclectic combination of different garden styles. There are 154 acres to explore and a great calendar of events throughout the year.
Highlights include the Worsley Welcome Garden, a glorious space designed by Tom Stuart-Smith. Lose yourself in the maze-like planting showcasing a blend of grasses, herbaceous perennials, lush lawns and beehive-shaped tree topiary. Bridgewater is also home to one of the largest walled gardens in Europe, including the Paradise Garden, inspired by early Persian Gardens and a beautiful and productive Kitchen Garden.
